MINIMUM STAY
All of our vacation rentals have minimum nights stays. Most are from 3 nights to one week. Please check each property.

LOW SEASON Oct 1 May 25
HIGH SEASON May 26-Sept 30 plus Thanksgiving
CHRISTMAS SEASON Dec18-Jan 5

CLEANING FEE is shown for each property. Housekeeping is provided after departure but we ask that renters maintain the property as best they can.

DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your credit card info will cover this but you may pay by check or cash if anything should be damaged.

NO SMOKING inside any of our properties for all of our health and enjoyment. Smoking inside a house is considered damage and will result in additional charges.

RESERVATIONS may be secured by Visa or MasterCard or by personal check
We prefer final payment by personal check or cash
If paying by check send 50% to hold reservation.
The balance including cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning/Service fee is the same regardless of length of stay.

PETS: Rates are listed for each property that will allow pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations greater than 60 days, there is a $50 processing fee. For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of rent will be kept. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, 50% of rent will be kept. If property can be rented for any of your cancelled dates we will refund your money for each day, except for the $50 processing fee. We will also offer a credit to you and anyone you chose for future rentals instead of a refund and including the amount of any rent lost. We know things come up and we will try and make it work for everyone.

CHECK-IN TIME is after 3PM. CHECKOUT TIME is 11AM. If available, early check-in and late checkout is possible.

DIRECTIONS and location of keys to each property will be available after deposit is given.

AIRPORTS
Santa Fe does have a small airport with flights from United Airlines connecting through Denver. Flights are few and more expensive. Albuquerque International Airport: Most people fly into this airport 60 miles (1 hr) south of Santa Fe. There are rental cars and shuttle services to the cities north of there. If you are staying outside of Santa Fe or wish to visit sites outside of Santa Fe we strongly recommend renting a car.
